How To Use
• Using the creamy tip of the kohl pencil, apply to the lash line from the inner corner and working outwards using soft strokes, draw kohl along your upper lashes, follow along the lower lash line for a total kohl look.
• Create a smokey eye by building kohl, blending and smudging for a sultry look
• Using the end of liquid eyeliner, start at the inner corner of the eye and draw a single line along the lash line to a fine sharp line
• Or, to build on it for a bolder or “cat eye” look, add a second, shorter line above the first (just in the bottom third of your lashes), then fill in the blank space
